Product Manager
With this platform initially being in development stage for a client I was freelancing, I was tasked to create an MVP UI design of how the product should be presented for launch. In addition to this, I conducted exploratory user interviews to validate the features we had for the MVP design was the solution towards the problems that our targeted users were facing. As part of this activity I got user feedback on how to enhance the platform for launch and obtain a definitive product vision.
Product Owner
With existing clients requiring to be migrated from a legacy service to a cloud-based service. I was tasked by internal stakeholders to create market propositions (i.e: user guides) and demos for our clients on how they can utilize the newly launched BAV services outlining scenarios of the key features. This resulted in us to exceed our FY24 targeted annual contract value for the new services by 25%.
Product Owner
With Experian transitioning from a client-led development roadmap to a product-led approach, I was tasked with facilitating a workshop for both internal and external stakeholders within the ID&F (Identity and Fraud) Department on the Product Lifecycle management framework to ensure that there's improvements in product quality and increased. This resulted in the agreement of having product roadmaps for the future enhancements of the BAV services and separate AHA workspaces for ID&F's respective products/services.
